Our community has garage door service. How does that work?
For residents with garage door service, we will pickup your household trash (kitchen and bathroom trash) at your garage door. Place your trash out in trash bags and/or trash cans (between 30 and 50 gallons in size) and must be accessible and visible near your garage. We are not able to go behind gates, so please make sure your garbage is not behind a gate. All other trash, such freezer cleanouts, yard waste and heavy trash, has to be placed at the curb for collection. All trash needs to be out by 7 a.m. on your collection day.
Our community has curbside trash pickup. How does that work?
For residents that have curbside trash collection, everything is placed on the curb near the street. Please place your trash no less than 3 feet from the curb. Please ensure that there is at least 4 feet of space all around for the trash to be collected. Please do not block any trash with a vehicle or trailer. All trash needs to be out by 7 a.m. on your collection day.
