Holiday Schedule

Our office will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

The following customers will receive service as normal below.

The following customers will receive Trash Only – No Recycling – on Labor Day:

• Louetta Rd – Terranova UD
• Memorial Northwest Estates
• Stanley Lakes
• Trail of the Lakes
• Trailwood Estates
• Terranova West
• All Subscription Trash Service Customers with Monday ONLY pick-up. (Once-per-week service)

Recycling Customers Only

• Recycling customers on the twice-per-month schedule will receive regular services on these holidays

Our office will be open, and all services will run as normal.

Our office will be closed on Thursday in observance of Thanksgiving.

Once-per-week trash service and twice-per-month recycling service customers: service will be provided the next day (Mon-Sat) following the holiday.

Twice-per-week trash service and once-per-week recycling customers: service will resume on the next regularly scheduled service day.

The following customers will have regular collection on Thanksgiving Day.

(Service will run as normal on the Wednesday before and the Friday after Thanksgiving Day.)

Our Office will be closed in observance of Christmas Day.

City of Baytown will have regular collection on Christmas Day.

All other routes will not have any trash or recycle services on Christmas Day.

• Service will run as normal on Saturday, 12/23/2023.
• Service will run as normal on the day after Christmas for the TUESDAY routes, 12/26/2023.
• Trash service will resume on Thursday December 28, 2023, for those that did not have service on Christmas Day.  
• Recycle service resume on Monday January 8, 2024, for those that did not have service on Christmas Day.

Please note that some routes may run later than normal due to extra volume.

Our Office will be Closed in Observance Of New Year's Day.

• Service will run as normal on Saturday, 12/30/2023.
• Service will run as normal on the day after New Year’s for the TUESDAY routes, 01/02/2024.
• Trash service will resume on Thursday 1/4/2024 for those that did not have service on New Year's Day.
• Recycle collection will resume on Monday 1/8/2024 for those that did not have service on New Year's Day.  Any overflow of recycle may be placed in boxes or clear bags.  

The following customers will have regular collection on New Year's Day.

Please be aware that service times may vary depending on the volume of trash and recycle and we ask that everyone remain patient while we work hard to collect after the holidays.
